In November, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 7,815 square foot house on a 0.86 acre ravine lot at 106 Glen Road in Rosedale in Toronto.

It was last on the market in 2014 when it looked like this…

The initial asking price was $2,998,000 and it eventually sold for $2,150,000.

Since then, it was completely redone and I was excited to see the photos thinking it would have been updated like the house at 15 Wood Dale Road in St. Catharines…

With a kitchen sort of like this…

But bigger and fancier.

Instead, this was the kitchen…

Which is a pretty amazing kitchen, just not what I was expecting in this house.

Despite the house not being renovated how I was expecting, it was a great house if this was a look you were going for.

It was listed at $12,000,0000, almost $10 million more than it sold for pre-renovation.

It didn’t sell and the price was dropped 2 weeks ago to $10,890,000. It sold on the weekend…

For $10,400,000.
