It’s a condo that sort of reminds me of the penthouse condo at 95 Bathurst Street with the colours and the overall feel but that place was bigger with a huge outdoor space.
The only outdoor space in this condo is that winter garden.
The Bathurst condo was listed at the end of 2015 for $3,995,000 and sold at 98% of list.
This condo is now listed 3 years later…
For $4,285,000.
Hmm. Are they throwing in some of the furniture?
