A few days ago, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 25 x 118.91 foot lot at 54 Dewhurst Boulevard in the Greektown area of the Danforth in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this when I last posted it in 2014…

It was a good house with a lot of stuff going on but it could have used some work. Since then, it has been opened up with a new kitchen, a new bathroom, and an overall feel of a good family house.

In 2014, it was listed at at $1,199,000 and eventually sold for $1,150,000.

It was back on the market for $2,149,000.

I wasn’t sure if it was a $375,000 reno but it was a good house. I didn’t think it would sit for long and would probably sell just below ask if not right at ask.
