It needed a lot of work.

A year later, it has been totally gutted including moving the stairs and now it is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house.

I’m not sure the green island will be for everyone and I think I would switch the living room and dining room. Otherwise, it is a good house.

The interior and some of the staging reminds me of a smaller version of the house at 144 Strachan Avenue…

Which I suppose is a good thing because that house sold in 3 days.

Last year before the renovation, this house was listed at $799,900 and it sold for $910,000.

Yesterday, it came back on the market…

For $1,399,000.
