Last Thursday, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house with a detached garage on a 13.5 x 103.2 foot lot at 50 Hickson Street in Little Portugal in Toronto.

It was a house that seems to have been renovated in 2016 based on the windows in the streetview. And it turns out it was owned and renovated by one of the owners of Two Fold Interiors…

Which is why it showed so well.

When it was last listed in 2011 and before the renovation, the asking price was $459,000 and it sold for $541,000.

Nine years later and after a full renovation, the asking price was $999,000. I didn’t think it would sit for long.

It didn’t. It sold at some point that same day…

For $1,180,000.
