This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house with a detached garage on a 13.5 x 103.2 foot lot at 50 Hickson Street in Little Portugal in Toronto.

It used to look like this when it was last listed in 2011…

It was listed then for $459,000 and sold for $541,000.

From the looks of the windows and the door in the streetview, it seems that it was renovated in 2016 and they did a good job. It isn’t a huge house but it feels wider than 13 feet and it shows really well.

I’m not sure I love the shower situation in the bathroom and for some reason I feel like the kitchen should be reversed with the stove on the left hand side.

Otherwise, it’s a really good house with a garage and a good backyard.

It is now listed at $999,000.

This won’t sit for long.
