At the end of November, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 20.73 x 110 foot lot at 56 Lakeview Avenue in Duffering Grove in Toronto.

It was a house I posted when it looked like this…

The asking price was $749,900 and it sold for $930,000.

Since then, it had been totally renovated and what they did on the inside reminded me of the house at 23 Rolyat Street…

Overall, it was a good renovation but I didn’t love the brick of the fireplace and didn’t get the plywood flooring in the third floor.

The asking price was $2,498,000. Despite the brick and plywood, I didn’t think it would sit for long.

Turns out, it sat on the market for 3 months but it has finally sold…

For $2,430,000.
