64 Highland Avenue - ROSEDALE, TORONTO (3 Comments)
In June 2016, I posted this 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 50 x 121 foot lot with a 1 car garage and 2 parking spaces at 64 Highland Avenue in Rosedale in Toronto.
It was last listed in 2013 when the asking price was $2,495,000 and the house looked like this…
It was completely renovated (by the same person who did the house at 106 Crescent Road) and put on the market at $6,785,000.
For whatever reason, it didn’t sell at that price and the price was dropped to $6,495,000.
But it was a big house on a good lot overlooking Rosedale Park with a reno that would appeal to a lot of people.
It sat for a while but eventually sold 6 months later for $6,175,000.
It’s almost 3 years later and this house is back on the market…
For $7,495,000.
Or just over a 7% annual compounded interest. That may be a little high for Rosedale but not crazy.
