At the end of November, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with a 2 car garage on an 18.01 x 146 foot lot at 102 Seaton Street in Moss Park/Cabbagetown South (whatever you want to call it) in Toronto.
It was a good house that had been renovated with a new kitchen before the last sale in 2016. Since then, some upkeep had been done like adding a new HVAC and fixing the fence.
In 2016, it was listed at $999,000 then and sold for $1,305,000.
Three years later, it was back on the market for $1,798,000 or an 11% compounded annual increase.
It saw for a while but it finally sold for…
$1,785,000.
Not bad.
