And for some reason I am loving this house.

I am sure it won’t stay as is but I love looking through these photos. There is something new to find in every room each time you look at it. For example, I just looked at these photos for maybe the fifth time and just noticed that the base boards are made of marble.

But most of all, I love this room…

According to the listing, the house has often been used as a “movie set”. Ok, but which ones?

The asking price is $3,395,000.

While I hope this place just gets renovated, at that price and seeing some other prices of houses in the neighbourhood, this maybe not stay. But it’s fun to see it as it is now.

P.S. This staircase is making me miss the old York theatre on Eglinton…
