60 Woodlawn Avenue West - YONGE AND ST. CLAIR, TORONTO
It was a really well done house if you were into black and white.
The original asking price was $4,488,000 and it has been dropped to $3,950,0000.
And I’m wondering if they dropped it so much because this house that is nearby but closer to Yonge Street came on the market a week earlier and has now been on the market for 11 days.
It is a 4+1 (instead of 3) bedroom, 5 bathroom semi (vs detached) with a 2 car garage on a 25 x 178.88 (vs 80) foot lot at 60 Woodlawn Avenue West in the Yonge and St. Clair neighbouhood in Toronto.
And if it looks familiar, it’s because I have posted it several times in the past.
Overall, it is a good house. I like the look from the outside. If you don’t mind the kitchen being separate from the living space, it is a good layout. The only thing that I feel like it needs to update it a bit is to get rid of the island and dining room/living room wood and to redo the floors. This house would look great with white oak floors throughout. And while it is a bright house with the skylights and windows, because it is north facing, it would brighten it up a bit.
The asking price is $4,500,000.
Like the last time it was listed, is the price too high? Will it be on the market for almost 3 years like last time?
I don’t think so but not sure it will sell at ask.
