AND IT WENT FOR - 45 Salisbury Avenue - CABBAGETOWN, TORONTO

A month ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 17.5 x 85 foot lot at 45 Salisbury Avenue in Cabbagetown in Toronto.

It had sold a year and a half earlier for $2,101,000 and since then, a closet and doors were added to what was a family room on the second floor making it the principal bedroom. And instead of the third floor being the principal bedroom, it was turned into an office.

Two weeks before I posted it, it came on the market at $1,995,000. They clearly didn’t get what they wanted because on the day I posted it, it had a price increase to $2,245,000.

After another 2 weeks on the market, it eventually sold…

For $2,175,000.
