AND IT WENT FOR - 13 St Clarens Avenue - LITTLE PORTUGAL, TORONTO

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 (sort of) bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16 x 96 foot lot at 13 St Clarens Avenue in Little Portugal in Toronto.

It was a renovated house that had been opened up with a new kitchen and floors (on the main floor at least) and a new bathroom upstairs. And overall, it showed really well.

It was listed at $999,000.

Because it was really only a 2+1 bedroom house, it didn’t think it would go way over ask, but I didn’t see it not going over $1 million.

For $1,150,000.
