I don’t see why this house isn’t going to go over.
It is a 3 (sort of) bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 16 x 96 foot lot at 13 St Clarens Avenue in Little Portugal in Toronto.
It is a house that is attached to the house I posted years ago at 15 St Clarens Avenue…
As you can see from the photo, it needed a lot of work. It was listed at $349,000 and sold for $466,000. It was flipped and sold in September of 2014 for $672,000.
Two years later, this house came on the market when it looked like this…
It also needed work. It was listed at $599,000 and eventually sold for $619,500.
It has since been opened up with a new kitchen and floors (on the main floor at least) and a new bathroom upstairs. And overall, it shows really well.
It is now listed at $999,000.
Because it is really only a 2+1 bedroom house, it may not go way over, but I can’t see it not going over $1 million.
