In May, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom triplex house on a 55 x 117 foot irregular lot with a 2 car garage at 124 Pricefield Road in Rosedale in Toronto.

As the reader who sent it to me said…

Huge lot in Rosedale.  Close to the subway, tennis club, restaurants, LCBO.  Backs onto a ravine.

Sure, buuuuut…

It backed onto this…

A larger hydro station and the way this house was situated on the irregular lot, it stared right at the hydro station.

I couldn’t figure out with an asking price of $3,295,000 if it was going to be torn down, redone as a triplex, or renovated. But the way the lot was situated, a new build would be tricky.

And it seems like a lot of people agreed because this house sat on the market for 4 months but finally sold a few weeks ago…

For $2,975,000.

So curious what is going to happen here.
