Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.21 x 135 foot lot at 6 Marlow Avenue in the East York neighbourhood just north of the Danforth in Toronto.

It was a house that last sold a decade ago for $465,000 and has since been fully renovated.

Other than the floors on the first floor that I wasn’t so crazy about, it was a really good house that showed well.

It was listed at $999,000. I pointed out that the neighbour sold for $1,125,000 in July 2019 so this was more than likely to go over that.

It sold after 4 days on the market…

For $1,275,000.
