PRICE DROP - 29 Tecumseth Street - NIAGARA, TORONTO

In mid-September, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 22.25 x 57.70 foot lot at 29 Tecumseth Street in the Niagara neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this in 2010 before it was renovated in 2012/2013…

According to the reader who sent it in, it was a great house but not child friendly. What? This isn’t child friendly?

Actually, I thought there were a few things that could be done to make it more child friendly but it would be a lot of work which would limit the pool of buyers. But at $1,525,000, I didn’t think it would sit for long.

It’s still on the market and at some point in the last 3 weeks, it had a price drop…
