A few years ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom laneway house with a large yard and 5 parking spots at 1 Crystal Arts Square in The Pocket.
This listing says it is Unit Coach - 371 Jones Ave but either way, this is what it looks like from the front…
It is a laneway house that has been featured in 'The Globe, Ctv, Global News, The Stat, Bnn And More', as well as the Toronto Star.
When I posted it in July 2017, the asking price was $4,950/month after just having a drop from the week earlier from $5,500/month. That listing was terminated and this house was back for lease in June of this year for $4,999 and was leased within days for $5,500.
In October, it was back at $5,500 with a drop a couple of weeks later to $4,990.
A week ago, it was listed again for $4,990.
They seem to be stuck on $5,500 but perhaps they will be a little more flexible this time around.
