41 Broadleaf Road - DON MILLS, TORONTO (6 Comments)

In the summer of 2016, I posted a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 60 x 234 foot ravine lot at 41 Broadleaf Road in Don Mills…

It was basically a mirror image of the house at 183 Golfdale Gardens in Scarborough that I initially posted in November 2012...

But not in as good shape.

It was listed at $1,200,000 and sold in less than a week for $1,655,000.

It was leased for a while (probably while they were working on the plans) but then was torn down to create this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom with a 3 car garage.

And though I am not super crazy about the front or that marble in the front hall, it is a good house.

The check-in office at the front door is a bit weird but I suppose could be good if you want to run a business where you see clients out of your house.

I like the kitchen and the stone that was used there and the finishes throughout are all good. I can’t figure out where the dining room is though.

It is now listed at $4,988,000.

Considering this has been listed for almost 3 weeks, I wonder if there will be a price drop soon.
