AND IT WENT FOR - 104 Curzon Street - LESLIEVILLE, TORONTO

A little over 2 weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 17 x 93 foot lot at 104 Curzon Street in Leslieville in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this in Ferbuary 2019 when it was listed at $799,900…

It sold for $910,000.

It had since been totally gutted including moving the stairs and they did a really good job. I wasn’t sure everyone would be into the island colour but it showed well and would be a fairly simple change if you didn’t like it.

It was listed at $1,399,000.

Not surprisingly, it sold the following week for over ask at…

$1,540,000.

Wonder if they threw in the rugs.
