SOLD - 35 Mariner Terrace #2509 - ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT, TORONTO (1 Comment)
It was a recently renovated condo that used to look like this…

It was done by Alex Royt of Condovate Interiors and as I said in that post, it made a HUGE difference.
It felt bigger and brighter and as though the ceilings were higher.
In 2014, it sold for $588,000. Five years later, with the full renovation, it was on the market at the end of November 2018 for $1,300,000 when it was the Toronto Life Condo of the Week.
When I posted it, the price was down to $1,270,000. Apparently, the price was dropped a month later to $1,100,000 and it finally sold for $1,230,000.
A year later, it was back on the market a couple of weeks ago. Last week, it was the blogTO Condo of the Week and the asking price was $1,388,000.
It sold a couple of days ago…
For $1,310,000.
Or a 6.5% increase.
