At the end of February, I posted this 2+1 bedroom (really just 2), 3 bathroom 1,630 square foot condo with 1 parking spot in Unit 337 at 40 Oaklands Avenue in Summerhill.

It was a renovated condo that had previously been listed in the fall for $1,589,000 but hadn’t sold.

And I was confused because it seemed like a good price for that condo in this location (not to mention other condos that had previously sold in the building which I will post later).

But then I saw the condo fees. They were $1763/month and I thought that was a LOT.

Turns out, someone was good with it because this condo sold at the beginning of the week…

For $1,590,000.
