At the end of January, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 29 x 255 foot lot at 78 Victoria Park Avenue in the east end of the Beaches in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this…

It was a typical Beaches house that could have used some work.

Instead, it was purchased for $1,200,000 in 2017 and rebuilt into this house.

It was initially listed in November for $2,249,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped to $1,999,000 when I posted it in January. Again, it didn’t sell but this time they increased the price to $2,250,000 in mid-February.

It has finally sold…

For $2,160,000.
