This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage on a 19.49 x 127 foot lot at 473 Euclid Avenue in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

It is a house that used to look like this when it was last listed in 2005…

It was listed at $699,000 and sold for $812,500.

It has since been completely renovated and according to the listing, it was completed in 2014 by the architectural firm gh3*.

If you aren’t into white, this probably isn’t the place for you though I suppose you could paint. But I think that would take away from the intention of the design so you could just style with lots of colour as they have here (on the third floor at least).

I do feel like it would give me an insane headache on an overcast day, but I personally love it. It’s clean and bright. The only thing I’m not loving is the colour of the basement floor. Is that hard to change?

Considering it is only 3 bedrooms, that might be hard but I don’t see this sitting for long.

P.S. Did the people behind the house at 31 Alhambra Avenue in Roncesvalles get their stair idea from these architects…

They have done similar stairs in other houses…

Or was gh3* the firm behind that house as well? Doubt it but you never know.
