At the beginning of the month, I posted this this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rowhouse with a detached 14.67 x 129 foot lot at 13 Foxley Avenue in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted years ago when the asking price was $849,000 and sold for $825,000.

It was then listed again in 2017 with a few changes like floors and paint and maybe a bathroom. It was listed at $1,269,000 and sold for $1,350,000.

This time around, it was listed at $1,599,000 which was about a 7% annual compounded increase.

It sold earlier this week…

For $1,550,000.
