If this house looks familiar, it’s because I just posted it at the beginning of the fall of last year.

It is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 55 x 127 foot lot at 93 Balsam Avenue in the Beaches in Toronto.

It had orginally been listed in May 2019 for $3,279,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped in June to $2,995,000 but was suspended in August. It came back on the market in September at $2,995,000 again.

It sold for $2,850,000.

It was a good house if you were okay with the kids bedrooms being on the main floor while your bedroom was upstairs.

And that the front door went right into the living room but the main door was off to the side.

Overall, it was a good house.

But after only 7 months, it is back on the market with a white kitchen island instead of black…

For $2,850,000.

Not sure what happened here, but same asking price as the purchase price?
