At the end of March, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 30 x 100 foot lot at 251 Niagara Street in the Niagara neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that showed a lot bigger on the inside than it did from the street.

Since it was last listed in 2012 when the asking price was $699,900 and it sold for $668,000, there were new floors installed on the second floor, a powder room was added on the first floor, the backsplash and counters were changed in the kitchen, it looked like there are new windows, and it looked like they did a full basement renovation.

It was on the market for $1,499,000.

And I just noticed that it sold 4 days after I posted it at the end of March…

For $1,800,000.
