AND IT WENT FOR - 93 Balsam Avenue - BEACHES, TORONTO (1 Comment)

Two days ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 55 x 127 foot lot at 93 Balsam Avenue in the Beaches in Toronto.

It was a house I had posted in the fall of last year after it had been listed in May 2019 for $3,279,000. It didn’t sell and the price was dropped in June to $2,995,000 but was suspended in August. It came back on the market in September at $2,995,000 again. It sold for $2,850,000.

Last week, it was on the market for $2,800,000. The same as the purchase price in September.

It sold yesterday…

For $2,789,000.

Less than the purchase price in September. I’m not sure what the story is here but…

I was really hoping for it to go over.
