Three years ago, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 10 bathroom, 18,000 square foot house on a 221.09 x 475.28 foot lot at 83 The Bridle Path.
It is a house that I had initally posted when it was for sale years before.
At that point, I thought it had been on the market for 8 YEARS!!!! But it turns out, it sold in 2010 after 5 years on the market and a bunch of price changes with the last price being $1,2,900,000. The selling price was $7,750,000.
Three years later, it was on the market for $13,980,000. It sold after 6 days on the market for $11,300,000.
When I posted it in 2017, it was for lease for $55,000/month. I thought that was crazy. It eventually was leased for $41,000.
It was back up for lease in September and was leased in November.
And I am posting it now because I have always been fascinated with this house and when I drove by it a few weeks ago, I saw a sign that it had been leased again.
The price was a little more ‘reasonable’ this time aroud with an ask of $49,000/month. It was leased in November for…
$43,800.
P.S. That last lease was about as long as it took Drake to build his house.
