Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage on a 19.49 x 127 foot lot at 473 Euclid Avenue in the Palmerston neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that was completely renovated in 2014 by the architectural firm gh3*.

I mentioned that if you weren’t into white, it probably wasn’t the place for you though I suppose you could paint. But they did add some colour with the staging.

It was listed at $3,249,900.

I thought that considering it was only 3 bedrooms, that price might be hard but that I didn’t see it sitting for long.

It was on the market for a little over 2 weeks but has now sold…

For $3,150,000.
