PRICE DROP - 41 Broadleaf Road - DON MILLS, TORONTO

In February, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom with a 3 car garage on a 60 x 234 foot lot at 41 Broadleaf Road in Don Mills in Toronto.

It was a house that I had posted in the summer of 2016 when it was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 60 x 234 foot and looked like this…

It was basically a mirror image of the house at 183 Golfdale Gardens in Scarborough that I initially posted in November 2012...

Unlike that house, this house was not preserved and was torn down and replaced with this house.

I didn’t love the house but the finishes were good. And if you were good with the welcome office at the front door and the levels on the first floor, not to mention the look of the front, this was a good house.

It was listed at $4,988,000.

It hasn’t sold and it came back on the market this week…

For $4,880,000.

Not sure $100,000 is going to be enough.
