Three years ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom row house on a 15.42 x 74 foot lot at 4 Laurier Avenue in Cabbagetown.

If you aren’t into open concept, this was a great house that still felt open but had distinct rooms. It showed really well with a big kitchen and good bathrooms.

It was listed at $1,498,000. It sold for $2,002,277.

At the beginning of March of this year, it came back on the market with few changes. The asking price was initally $1,995,000. Then it was dropped to $1,859,000. It finally sold a couple of weeks ago after 6 weeks on the market…

For $1,845,000.
