369 Wellesley Street East - CABBAGETOWN, TORONTO (1 Comment)

In the early stages of this blog, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 16.33 x 40.09 foot lot at 369 Wellesley Street East in Cabbagetown in Toronto.

I liked the style of the house but I couldn’t get past the convenience store/restaurant windows at the front.  That would drive me nuts (I still don’t love it but it doesn’t bother me as much now). And the ‘yard’ was basically on the sidewalk.

But otherwise, it was a good house.

It was listed for $1,100,000 and sold for $1,200,000.

It is now back on the market with what seems like no changes other than the storage in the ceiling in the 3 floor bedroom and maybe new blinds.

The asking price is…

$1,795,000.

Or a 5% compounded annual increase.
