26 Galley Avenue - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO (1 Comment)

This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage on a 25 x 127 foot lot at 26 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

It is a house that looked like this in October of 2019…

So, I guess this is a flip.

And there are a few things that may be a deal breaker, or at least an annoyance, for some.

For me, not getting rid of that storage room at the back of the house and opening up the back would drive me crazy. And that tile at the back door kind of infringes on what is already a small dining room space. And the door opens inward in that small space so you can’t have an 8 seater table unless you went with a round table instead.

But upstairs, the rooms are a good size and all have closets. The third floor bedroom closet is a good size but it needs a better closet system for the price of the house. The basement is good but the laundry closet needs a shelf or shelves. And the backyard is a good size but has no deck space to put a table. It is all grass except for the walkway.

Otherwise, this is a good house if all of that doesn’t bother you.

But considering this has been on the market for more than a week at $2,399,999…

I’m guessing I’m not the only one bugged by those things.
