AND IT WENT FOR - 79 Eaton Avenue Unit 2 - DANFORTH/GREEKTOWN

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 car garage at 79 Eaton Avenue in the Danforth/Greektown neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was the second of 2 condo townhouses that were built on a lot of a former single family house. They were in the same style as the Green Couch Flippers where a single house property is turned into 2 intertwined condos.

The first condo was also a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo townhouse with a 1 car detached garage but it felt a little smaller. It was listed at $1,475,000 with $256/month condo fees and it sold after almost 3 weeks on the market for asking.

This unit was listed at $1,750,000. It sold just under ask…

For $1,745,000.

FYI, if your curious, the lot sold for $1,330,000 in 2017. I don’t know how much it would cost to have built these 2 units…

But it seems like they did REALLY well here.
