13 Delavan Avenue - FOREST HILL, TORONTO
When I saw the listing photos for this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 37.5 x 126.40 foot lot at 13 Delavan Avenue in Forest Hill in Toronto, I thought it looked familiar.
But I thought it was just becuase the art and colour scheme are sort of similar to the wallpaper and interior of the house that I posted on Monday at 26 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles…
Then I decided to google my site and see if I had posted it before and it turns out I posted it in March of 2017.
It had been renovated in 2015 after it had looked like this…
It was quite dark. Some people may think it was sacrilege to paint the wood but I thought it looked so much better.
In 2017, the asking price was $3,688,000. It never sold and was relisted a couple of weeks later for $3,988,000. Again, it didn’t sell.
It’s back on the market again…
For $3,688,000.
