It was listed at $1,330,000 and sold for asking
It was a condo in the same style as the Green Couch Flippers where a single house property is turned into 2 intertwined condos.
But that one was done by baukultar/ca, the same architects behind the single family house at 46 Herbert Avenue…
The Eaton condo was listed at $1,475,000 with $256/month condo fees. It sold after almost 3 weeks on the market for asking.
Two weeks later, the other condo came on the market. It is also a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 car garage but because of the layout, it feels bigger. I prefer the kitchen in the other unit but this one is bigger with more storage. And other than the stair railings which are different, everything else is pretty much the same.
But this one is listed at $1,750,000.
Apparently, this is also sold but ‘sold conditionally’. Wonder if it sold for ask as well.
