Two weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 16.33 x 40.09 foot lot at 369 Wellesley Street East in Cabbagetown in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted ages ago when the asking price was $1,100,000. It sold for $1,200,000.

It was back on the market with few changes and an asking price of $1,795,000 (which was about a 5% compounded annual increase).

It sold a week later…

For $1,770,000.
