A year ago, I posted this 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 6,728 square foot above grade house on a 75 x 173 foot lot at 112 Warren Road in Forest Hill.

It was an interesting house that wouldn’t be for everyone with the 1920s art deco feel with one room straight out of the Titanic…

But it was definitely unique.

It was listed at $11,680,000 and at the time it felt like there was a lot of competition in Forest Hill.

It didn’t sell and it was brought back on the market in November for the same price. I’m not sure if there was still a lot of competition but again it didn’t sell and last month, the price was dropped…

To $9,700,000.
