AND IT WENT FOR - 65 First Avenue - RIVERSIDE, TORONTO (1 Comment)

Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with 2 covered parking spots on an 18.17 x 131 foot lot at 65 First Avenue in Riverside in Toronto.

It was a house that had last been for sale in 2011 when the asking price was $729,900 and sold for $709,000.

Then in 2016, it was back on the market with a new built-in with a fireplace in the living room and an updated kitchen with new backsplash, counters, floors, and appliances.

The asking price was $899,000 and sold for $1,257,000.

Last week, it came on the market with new floors through out, including the stairs, and new appliances in the kitchen.

The asking price was $1,375,000. I went out on a limb and assumed it would go over ask. It sold the day after I posted in after 2 days on the market for…

$1,740,000.
