A month ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi with 3 parking spot including a garage on a 32 x 112 foot lot at 47 Alvin Avenue at Yonge and St. Clair in Toronto.

It was a designer decorated house but if you weren’t into colour and wallpaper, it probably wouldn’t be for you.

If you did like colour, it was a very charming house with a good deck in the backyard and a garage.

It was listed at $2,195,000.

I didn’t notice but after only 3 days on the market and 2 days after I posted it, this house sold…

For $2,221,000.
