146 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL, TORONTO (3 Comments)
When I first saw the living room of this house, my first thought was…
By the time I got to the family room…
It was more like…
Like the house in my last post at 47 Alvin Avenue at Yonge and St. Clair, if you aren’t into colour and wallpaper…
And in this case, animal print, stripes, plaid, more stripes, more animal print and more stripes…
You probably won’t be into this place.
It’s a very specific style and to change it with all that wallpaper, the floors, and the carpeting would be pricey.
And considering this place is priced as a move-in as-is house, though much of it is dated, it’s not really a surprise that this house has been listed since February.
The asking price then was $3,385,000 for a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.75 x 120 foot lot with 2 parking spots which, if this were totally updated, would still be a lot.
It didn’t sell and, a week ago, the price was dropped to $2,995,000.
I have a feeling it will have another drop.
