This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 104.99 x 119.07 foot lot at 5 Suncrest Drive in the Bridle Path in Toronto.
It is a house that used to look like this when it was listed in 2011…
And when I saw those photos and then the current photos, I immediately thought that this is what the house at 7 Versailles Court could look like with some updating…
That house was initially listed at $5,500,000 and eventually sold for $2,800,000.
When this house was listed in 2012, the asking price was $2,995,000 and it sold for $2,400,000.
It has now been fully updated while preserving the features of the house like the brick walls that are also all over the Versailles Court house. And it looks great.
After a full renovation and update, this house was listed again in June for $6,950,000. It didn’t sell and the price has been dropped to…
$6,790,000.
I wonder if this will give the new Versailles owners some inspiration to update rather than tear it down.
