This is a 3+1 bedoom, 3 bathroom condo townhouse with an attached garage at 8 Cartwheel Mill Way in the Bayview Mills development in the St.Andrew’s-Windfield neighbourhood in Toronto.
I’m not sure what this part of the neighbourhood looks like from the street but this is the statelite shot…
So, it looks like it is part of a giant development of rowhouses that are probably filled with super dated interiors.
This house, however, looks like it has recently been updated and they did a good job.
The first floor isn’t fully open with the wall in the middle holding the tv but it feels open. The kitchen is big with lots of storage (why an island on wheels though?). The floors are good. There is lots of closet space. The basement has good ceiling height. There is a nice yard at the back.
And if you are looking in this neighbourhood, this place offers a chance to be there that isn’t millions of dollars like most of the other homes.
This house is listed at $1,225,000 with $917/month condo fees.
Though it is priced a lot higher than some of the neighbours that are currently on the market, I don’t see this sitting for long.
