Last week, I posted this a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot at 40 Oaklands Avenue in Summerhill in Toronto.

It was one of many condos in the building that have been on the market in the last 6 or so months.

Of all the condos, this one was probably my favourite. And even though it was smaller than the most recent 2+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 2 parking spots at unit 328 that was listed $1,825,000 and sold for $1,760,000.…

This house was listed higher at $1,849,000.

But I didn’t think it would sit for long because it had this patio…

It didn’t.

The day after I posted it, it sold…

For $1,849,000.
