AND IT WENT FOR - 5A Thornwood Road - ROSEDALE, TORONTO

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 35.04 x 247.64 foot ravine lot at 5A Thornwood Road in Rosedale in Toronto.

It was a 4100 square foot home designed by Joe Brennan, the former owner of the church condo at 510 College Street…

As well as several other houses that have been on this site.

Despite it being on a ravine, this house had no photos of a backyard, only the front yard/driveway. But it had a feel of an Italian villa.

It was listed at $6,450,000.

It was pretty pricey but was being marketed as a condo alternative and considering there were no condo fees…

And the location was really good, maybe not so crazy.

It was on the market for a little over a week but sold…

For $6,450,000.

P.S. I just wrote up a whole post for a house currently on the market but pressed the wrong button instead of posting it and lost it all…
