In February, I posted a 2+1 bedroom (really just 2), 3 bathroom 1,630 square foot condo with 1 parking spot in Unit 337 at 40 Oaklands Avenue in Summerhill.
It was listed at $1,589,000 and sold for $1,590,000.
Since then, 3 other apartments in this building have sold with the most recent one being the 2+2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 2 parking spots at unit 328 that sold 10 days ago for $1,760,000…
It was a recently renovated space with 2 parking spots but no outdoor space. It was listed at $1,825,000 and sold for $1,760,000.
Like that condo, this has also been recently renovated (or so it seems). It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot at 40 Oaklands Avenue in Summerhill in Toronto.
So, it has one more bedroom but one less parking spot. And overall, I prefer this condo and it’s furnishings.
But what really distinguishes this condo from its neighbour is this…
That is some great outdoor space. And there is a little kitchenette inside…
This condo is listed at $1,849,000.
Unlike the other condo that was on the market for over a month, while this isn’t as big and doesn’t have a second parking spot…
I don’t see this one sittting for long.
