In June, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage 33 x 110 foot lot at 58 Whitehall Road in Rosedale in Toronto.
It was a house that used to look like this…
It was fully renovated with an addition at the front and the back and they did a great job. It was bright, it felt spacious, and I liked all the finishes…
Except there was no fence to the yard.
And with an asking price of $4,195,000, it needed a fence.
It didn’t sell and a few weeks later the price was dropped to $3,995,000. I still thought it needed a fence and I guess I wasn’t alone becuase this sat on the market for another month.
But a few days ago, it sold…
For $3,700,000.
