A few weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 33 x 110 foot lot with a detached garage at 58 Whitehall Road in Rosedale in Toronto.
It is a house that used to look like this…
It has since been redone with an addition done at the front and the back. And they did a great job.
But $4,195,000 for a house on this lot with no proper backyard fence?
It hasn’t sold and the price has now been dropped…
