Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house with a carport on a 16.01 x 110 foot lot at 30 Shaftesbury Avenue in Summerhill in Toronto.
It was a house that I posted when it was last on the market and looked like this…
It was listed at $745,000 and sold for asking in 2 days.
Since then, it was completely renovated with a third floor addition and they did a great job. I mentioned that it was hard to believe it was the same house that it was before becuase it felt so big and the large windows made it really bright.
It was listed at $2,495,000.
I said if the sound of the subway that was located 2 doors away wasn’t an issue, and if it felt as big in real life as it did in the photos…
I saw no reason why it won’t sell fast.
After 6 days on the market, it sold for $3,060,000.
